Workplace first aid requirements

In Ghana, workplace first aid is governed by Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651), Part XV, and Factories, Offices and Shops Act, 1970 (Act 328), section 28, administered by Factories Inspectorate Department and Labour Department, Ministry of Employment and Labour Relations. Employers must ensure a trained first aider is available at all times.
